(S39017800) Splitter Part, 4 IN CYL Seal Kit

All the parts in the seal kit was perfect for my splitter cylinder

Your technician was very helpful in getting the correct seal kit for my log splitter even though the cylinder is over 30 years old and identification numbers were not readable.

When I started replacing the seals, I learned that this kit does not fit my splitter, I hope the company is able to process a refund or get me the correct parts, for over $80 with shipping, I have nothing right now except a kit that won't work...

It's a bit difficult to tell when the last ones were so worn 3 of them dissentigrated upon removal, I couldn't tell until I started replacing that they wouldn't fit

The kit didn't work for my cylinder

I purchased a seal kit that turned out to be the wrong one for my cylinder..I called customer service and the lady was very helpful and nice and told me I would be refunded money..I paid for shipping back to them and it's been over a week..still no refund..what's up?
