pulled part numbers off their schematic for the model parts were wrong. I called in to return and/or get the correct parts was told by secretary that they would call me back so I left my number, received no call back.. tried back a week later with same result. So now i have parts I can not use, i am unable to return them and they will not return my calls. On the positive side from the time I ordered they had a good response and delivery time.
