(S39044300) Valve Detent Assy - Energy (BR004117DA)

I ordered the (S39044300) Valve Detent Assy - Energy (BR004117DA) but it did not work for my application. I emailed the company about returning it and never received a response. The part may be fine for other setups, but their lack of communication and support really disappointed me. I expected at least a reply about how to return it.
