(MMXR-P114) MudMixer | 3/8-In. Brass Solenoid Valve For MMXR-3221 (KIT11380)

I received the the part, installed it and didn’t work. Called the distributor of the part, went back and forth with to resolve and troubleshoot which I had done everything already, then passed me off to MudMixer who they bought it from. Mudmiker requested photos and asked to go through the full scenario of what happened, agreed that it was a bad new solenoid, sent them the photos they requested, now requesting additional photos for engineers but still waiting for them to agree to send me a new water solenoid. Meanwhile piece of equipment is sitting not making money for contractor who is asking for unit for projects. Extremely frustrating!
