    The hose is a five star product. The five day delivery did not meet its guarantee. I had to send 2 unanswered emails, and one threatening email that I was going to cancel credit card purchase. Amazing how fast I got a response then. Around 10 days from purchase and finally received what I paid high shipping cost for.
