I received my BR004119N hose in a very timely manner, which is important when you have business to run. Also, I really appreciate the parts diagrams that Foards has so that I know exactly what part number to order. My previous hose was over 20 years old so all numbers had been worn off. This is the second hose I have gotten from Foards (different hoses) and both have been the exact part needed. The diagrams are the way to go, don't just look at the pictures.
