Satisfied customer

I would like to thank you for your service. Are wood splitter is an older one and I happen to have a book with a part number.your customer service gentleman was very respectful the part came in a day before they said it would, which was great! we were in the middle of splitting a load of wood. price was more than I wanted to spend but it sure beat splitting by hand thank you so much look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Very satisfied

Product was exactly what I needed. Proud to see Made In America. One suggestion is to replace plugs with plastic plugs with external socket. Had to go to my mechanics at work to get Allan wrenches large enough to remove plugs to install old fittings.

Log splitter valve

Thanks to your web site showing the manufacturer along with the part number I found out the original valve that came on my splitter wasn't a Prince but a valve made in China or India. That might explain some of the problems I had. So I bought a Prince valve instead of a rebuild kit. Only used it a few hours but it works fine. Hopefully it outlasts the original one. Thanks again.
