Ordered a replacement fan. The company was very easy to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone

Wrong fan Was sent, does not fit my log splitter. After 2 e-mails sent and 2 phone calls I finally spoke with Robert, He seems to think the shaft size was changed at some point and that’s why the fan is a different size. He will follow up with the manufacture and get back to me with a solution.

No issues with the product but very unhappy with the service. When ordered was listed in stock, did not receive product for over three months and that was with 2 emails and two calls later. Meanwhile my credit card was charged from day one on order. Never received full order, luckily still had the "instillation clip" from previous product. I understand this particular item is hard to find but don't list in stock if you don't have the product. I would have never ordered if knew it wasn't in stock at the time.

It took over 2 months to receive product. I hate chinese products, especially when the fans take months to get from the manufacture. I live Foards effort alot

Didn’t get the circlips, took so long to get part, had one made on my son’s 3-D printer. But now I have a spare.
