    Never received the bolt I ordered

    The parts I ordered was supposed to come with a bolt to attach lawn mower blades, it is listed as a bolt but it did not ship. I needed the bolt more than I needed the other. I have sent email and messages and have heard from no one. When can I expect the bolt?
