Salesman on the phone was VERY helpful and polite. I called for a specific part that was on backorder from BadBoy. The knowledgable person on the phone was able to call Hydrogear directly and dropship the part directly to us at half the price of Bad Boy's. I was impressed and WILL use Foards again.
