I recently ordered a drive belt and a fan pulley kit. My friend came over after work to help me change the parts. When i opened the box, the fan pulley kit bag was open and the plastic fan and one of the parts the pulley mounted to were missing. I wasted my friends time and money has been tight lately which is why I ordered online. The next day i went to a local shop and luckily they had the part but i had to pay another $105 which is over priced for one pulley and a plastic fan. Now, i’m betting that it was a simple mistake and whom ever packed the order accidentally gave me a package that was a return. Interesting though, that the receipt actually had a picture of the parts that should be in the bag and they shipped an open bag with missing parts. I would give Foards another try but i do hope they pay closer attention next time.
