Great response time. This pump fixed my problem. I did learn a valuable lesson, double check all hydraulic lines and mounting bolts to make sure they're all tight before starting log splitter!! Thanks guys for getting back to me as quickly as you did.

The customer service helped me to diagnose the issue with my splitter. It works fine now. PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE when splitting logs with a 7 ton splitter. If there are any obvious knots, throw it aside. That's what did in my first hydraulic pump.
