I ordered the part with no problem until the product arrived. The part sent doesn't fit what I need it for. I sent emails to the support team as well as 2 emails to Robert Foards I received NO response from anyone. Them I called and talked to a man, explained everything and he indicated he would look into it and get right back to me. That call was placed on April 3rd, as of this date April 12 I have heard nothing. I asked how to return the spring but there is no answer for that either. This was my first and will be my last time using your company. It was a wait of my time and $20.00.
