I'd probably give it a higher rating but I think too many companies work in deceptive sales by only offering what you need, the known piece that fails or gets broken, by only making that specific part available in a kit. So you have to buy the entire kit, 3 pieces of which you will never need, and not offering just the one piece that fails or breaks so you don't have to spend as much and just get what you need. I now have 3 pieces I don't and will probably never need and paid 4 times what I needed just to get the one piece I did need. Foards did fill my order quickly and were great to communicate when it shipped etc.

It took me longer to walk out back than to make the repairs. I’ve learned one thing. Leave the handle off of the machine when transporting the splitter. It’s always a pleasure dealing with Ben.

Product never arrived.

Ive had the 7Ton Boss electric log splitter for three years use it all the time , broke the control lever by getting in a hurry. This machine is worth every benny a little heavy for one person to lift but it’s a great little machine.
