As far as the product was concerned, it worked great. The cost to ship the 7.5-pound item was overpriced due to a lack of time that was placed to secure the item in a box with a strip of tape. The arrival here was within 2 days, which I didn't request for 2-day shipping. The package was left on my front porch, opened due to not being taped up properly before being shipped. 30 dollars isn't worth the cost you charge to mail out an item that arrives to a customer in this condition.
