Told them what size it was in the beginning and still sent the wrong one in the beginning. And then had to pay for the right one after your miss up. And half to pay for return. NOT

Right part first time.

My customer couldn't find a replacement for a coupling for log splitter. Turns out original was replaced with better part. After talking to Foard rep and convincing me he was sure the new replacement would fit, we made a deal. Part was shipped timely and my customer was happy. Thanks
