Yesterday, 14 days after my order was fulfilled (and also after several unsuccessful attempts to obtain USPS information regarding status/location/estimated delivery update), I called your organization to ask if you could look into the matter. I was offered - and accepted, since I need the item, the opportunity to purchase another item and have it sent to me without being charged again for shipping. When the post office finally delivers my original order, I am to call you and obtain a shipping label and then return the original order at your expense. I was told that when you have received the original order, you will credit my card with the purchase price.

I have mixed feelings about this and on the whole find it both unsatisfactory but understandable and probably as fair as it can be at this point (the unsatisfactory feelings are towards the USPS).
