The shipment was in good condition and well packaged. I know it's not your responsibility but I was unable to find a video demonstrating how to dismantle and replace. That would have been very helpful but I figured it out and the parts fit perfectly. So, thanks and merry Christmas.

It wasn't until the original snapped a weld that I realized the original was not installed correctly. The two nuts on the back side must be of even tension so the ram pulls evenly on both rods. Mine basically was pulling with one until it broke.
The replacement part is much better welded.
