4-6 week lead time to ship once ordered

Ordered this in November as a Christmas present. Figured a month would be plenty of time for it to get here. Was emailed a week after I ordered and paid for it that it would ship in early January. A little heads up in the product detail would be nice.

Felt it took too long to ship. Installation instructions could be more detailed as per how to install counterweights. But overall I’m happy with the bagger

Came broken

My latch for the bagger came in broken. I have reached out and got a response but nothing about them sending me a new one yet. Good customer service when ordering but not when trying to get parts
